PARA EVENTS IN RED BASIC INFORMATION 1. All U.S. participants must be individual members of USA Shooting (USAS). To renew or signup for membership, please visit our website and click on Membership. You can also call Amber Aragon at 719-866-4743. 3. The annual member BBQ will be held on June 27 th at 3:30 inside the Pool Range for $10.00. 4. The United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) may conduct testing for banned substances. a. Competitors or their physicians may address questions concerning medication to the USADA Drug Hotline at 1-800-233-0393. b. Remember that even over-the-counter medications can contain a banned substance. Always check first with your doctor and the Drug Hotline before taking any medication prior to competition. 5. USA Shooting/USAMU is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

INTERNATIONAL COMPETITORS International competitors are welcome to shoot this competition, provided they are members of their national federation. We recommend foreign entries be submitted as early as possible. International competitors background information must go through a security check with Fort Benning personnel. To register for this event, simply fax in the entry form to 719-866-4884 or scan and email to pete.carson@usashooting.org. Pre-registration is required and entry fees are due upon check-in at the event. A temporary firearms import permit (form 6 NIA) is required for smallbore rifles and pistols brought into the United States. Foreign competitors may contact the United States Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (BATFE) to find out about the procedures for entering the United States with a firearm or download the BATFE form 6 NIA from www.usashooting.org Competitions Match Information 2014 Rifle & Pistol National Championships. You can scan and email your completed and signed BATFE form to Lones Wigger at lones.wigger@usashooting.org. FIREARMS PERMITS/ACCESS TO FORT BENNING Effective January 1, 2015 Ft. Benning will REQUIRE all those entering to have a background check done and an official pass issued. If you are visiting Fort Benning after Jan. 15, you can apply for a background check and temporary pass online up to 30 days before to your visit. To apply for a pass online, go to Fort Benning's website http://www.benning.army.mil/gateinfo/, complete the form and submit it for review. If approved, a pass will be emailed to you. Upon arrival at the gate you will need to present the pass. If you do not apply online, you will be required to do so when you arrive at Ft. Benning. It is HIGHLY recommended to apply online prior to your arrival, as you will be required to go through the background check process before entering the base. Any competitor must also complete the Weapon Disclosure (page 8 and 9) document as well as the General Hold Harmless form (page 10) for access to Fort Benning. These forms are found online under the Match Information tab as well as at the bottom of this program. Visitors to Fort Benning are not required to register their firearms, however they must have filled out the Weapon Disclosure document and have it with them in case they are stopped by the MP/Post police. The firearm must be transported in a locked hard case and the ammunition in a locked separate container. The General Hold Harmless form MUST be returned to USA Shooting prior to the event. Both forms are available on the web under Events > Match Information > 2015 Shotgun Spring Selection. You do not need to send/turn in the Weapon Disclosure form, you must keep it with you and your shotgun at all times. You will need to turn in the General Hold Harmless form upon arrival. RULES This competition is governed by 2015 USA Shooting Rules, IPC Rules and any Match Director's bulletins posted for this competition. It is the competitor s responsibility to be familiar with the USA Shooting Rules and follow all provisions. CODE OF CONDUCT By registering for this competition you are agreeing to abide by the USA Shooting Code of Conduct both on and off the range complex for the duration of the event. As a participant, you are representing our sport and organization. Providing an example of good conduct, appearance and sportsmanship is paramount. The Code of Conduct is available on the USAS website.

This will take you through to the registration page, followed by the payment page. We will not accept mailed in entries, as all entries (excluding international guests) must be done online. 1. USA Shooting classification system will be used. Those who do not list their classification will be considered unclassified and will be assigned by the match director to shoot in a classification based on their known ability (see rule 5.6.1) 2. Competitors must check in, verify their entry information and pick up their competitor number in person or be represented by their team official. 3. Check-in for all events will be done at the Entry Office (10m Air Gun Hall), no later than noon the day prior to the first match day in which the athlete competes. If you cannot make it before this time, please notify USA Shooting. 4. Registration for those not previously entered will stop at noon on the official training day. 5. All competitors should have a PTO score on file with USA Shooting to compete in this match. Alternate evidence of international event operations knowledge and proficiency will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations may be made in email at pete.carson@usashooting.org or by phone to (719)-866-4897. Refund of entry fees will be as follows: 1. Cancellations received on or prior to May 24, 2015 will receive a complete refund minus a 10% administrative fee. 2. Refunds will not be given after June 10, 2015. 3. Proof of Military deployment will receive a full refund.

4. Seniors cancelling will be provided a full refund less a 10% admin fee. FINALS & AWARDS 1. Only U.S. citizens are eligible for finals and selection to the National Team (NT) or National Junior Team (NJT). 2. Non-U.S. citizens are welcome to compete, but are not eligible for finals or selection to the NT or NJT. 3. Junior finals will take place for Olympic events provided there are at least 6 competitors in that event. 3. The open men s open women s and junior champions, second place and third place finishers will receive medals. a. These awards are based off the current USA National Championships and US Team Ranking for Selections Rifle and Pistol Events guidelines. You can also view this document on the USAS Match Information link or under Policies and Procedures. b. Trophy certificates will be presented in those events that have a National Championship trophy. 4. The senior champion, second place and third place finishers will receive an award provided there are at least 6 within the discipline. a. These awards are based on match score only. CLASS / CATEGORY AWARDS: 1. 1 st, 2 nd, & 3 rd place open men s, women s, junior and senior finishers are not eligible for class / category awards. 2. Class and Category awards are based on match scores without finals. 3. Class awards will be given to the high scoring competitor in each class (A, B, C, D) providing: a. There are three entries in the class for first place. b. There are five entries in the class for second place. c. There are seven entries in the class for third place. 4. If there are not enough entries in a class, competitors will be combined with the next higher class. 5. Category awards will be given provided there are at least three entries in each category. a. High J3 TEAM AWARDS Teams may be submitted with appropriate fees on site only, before the first match shot is fired. Awards are based on the total match score, no inclusive of finals. There must be at least 2 teams entered. TEAM SELECTION Team Selections: USASNC will be a selection competition for the NT, NDT, and NJT and also a selection for slots to World Cup Gabala. SUBJECT TO CHANGE Please keep in mind that the match schedule and squadding/relays are subject to change along with this program.. Although we make every attempt to maintain the published schedule, target malfunctions, weather and other items are out of our control. It is the responsibility of the competitors and/or coaches to check the schedule and squadding/relay times daily and most importantly in the evening.
