Create a draft proposal Part A: Administrative Forms Register your proposal using the KI s PIC code (Participant Identification Code). KI s PIC = 9999 78530. Do not create a new PIC number! KI Legal Address is automatically linked to the PIC numer as Nobels väg 5, 171 77 Stockholm For Global Fellowships Outgoing Phase, add the organisation in the Third Country as Partner Organisation contact your supervisor there and the Institution s administration for correct PIC and their approval Primary Coordinator Contact = Principal Investigator (PI) at KI, the Supervisor. Björn Kull is Legal Signatory and also LEAR Björn Kull has two roles KI s LEAR (Legal Entity Appointed Representative) And Legal Signatory The LEAR role is automatically linked to KI s PIC number, therefore he is shown as LEAR. Step 5: Edit registration data Edit Forms (Part A Administrative data): Fill in the registration data for the proposal, i.e. Acronym and Short Summary, and select a Scientific area and up to 5 descriptors. The forms must be completed online. You can log out and return later to edit the registration data and draft proposal. Step 5: Edit Proposal = Project description (Part B) Click on Download part B templates to download the template to write you proposal (project description).
