COST REIMBURSABLE $400 $400* $50 + $70/hr labour cost for setup and take-down $0 * As a charitable nonprofit organization, we would appreciate and allow the option for exhibitors to donate their $400 booking fee. A charitable tax receipt will be provided. Notes: 1. The Career Foundation is offering Exhibitor bookings available to select employers in the Technology, Health and Finance industries, by invitation only. Preference is given to employers that commit to showcasing a minimum of 10 full time job opportunities at the GTA HIRING EVENT. 2. The entire $400 exhibitor booking cost will, by default, be reimbursed to every employer that takes part in the GTA HIRING EVENT on May 15, 2018. 3. An employer that does not attend the GTA Hiring Event automatically forfeits their $400 deposit. 4. An employer that initially registers and pays their deposit, but later realizes that they are no longer able to attend the GTA HIRING EVENT must inform The Career Foundation by March 31, 2018 in order to have 75% of their deposit reimbursed. 6
