Annex 4: The Portfolio of Evidence

4.1 Competency Framework and Guidance Domain Professionalism Competency: Evidenced by: Guidance A To have an up to date Personal Development Copy of PDP and reflective log (signed by the Identify core courses such as GDC requirements (IRMER, CPR etc).
