Application forms are NOW available in the Counselor s Office. Application filing deadline is April 7, 2017. Mail completed applications to Barbara Martin-Powell, C/O Ricky Arizola Scholarship, 5641 Macrae St., Haltom City, Texas 76148. Winners will be contacted by their school Counselor. Award of scholarship and the number of scholarships awarded will be determined by the amount in Scholarship Fund. Scholarship Criteria: 9 Graduation 2016-2017 school year 9 Good Academic Record 9 College Bound (proof of registration required within 1 month of award) 9 Teacher, Administrator and/or Employer Recommendation The procedure for selecting scholarship recipients is based entirely on the information provided on this application, recommendations and essay. The level of sports participation, academic standing, honors or awards received, extra curricular activities, and recognition for leadership, spirit, and role model qualities will be used to grade each candidate.
