ORACLE TALENT ACQUISITION CLOUD Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud family of products drives effective talent acquisition within the modern enterprise. The cloud solution enables scalable approval and management of job requisitions, superior candidate experience (sourcing and branding of modern career sites, relationship management, and job application), candidate selection workflow (qualification, evaluation, and interview), job offer, and employee onboarding. Oracle continues its ongoing investments around intuitive user experience for external and internal candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR administrators. This includes development of core areas such as modern interfaces with multi-device support, configurable decision and approval workflow processes, actionable business insights and reporting, tighter integration with other HCM functions, and adherence to hiring compliance rules. ORACLE TALEO SOURCING CLOUD SERVICE In 15B, Sourcing focuses its enhancements around globalization and multi-language capabilities, improved candidate experience, and self service. GLOBAL CAPABILITIES Activate user sessions in default or preferred browser language locale, with the ability to switch among them. Deprecate unused locales. Create a single site with multi-lingual content blocks. IMPROVED CANDIDATE CONVERSIONS Search for jobs at locations outside the usual geosearch library, by converting the invalid location criteria into a keyword search that may yield jobs. Enable distinct pages for My Profile or My Submissions for internal vs. external users. Enable Apply to Job button on job descriptions presented to internal users, such as recruiters and administrators, to increase the pool of candidates. SELF-SERVICE CAPABILITIES Simplify custom content block editing in RTF Editor by allowing text resize, custom font bundles and HTML source editing directly in Site Builder. Enable self-service edit of job facets used in campaigns and sites. Offer flexible date picker for Recruiting job feeds, which enables job reloads from a specific date. LOCATION DISPLAY ENHANCEMENTS For job seekers, these enhancements prevent duplicate locations from displaying for cases where Recruiting has more location levels than Sourcing. Also, the number of locations displayed has increased 6

to 9,999 from 999. Search results can now in more instances also display the jobs associated to the children of the location being searched instead of only showing jobs for an exact match of the location level. (This is applicable when Geolocation search is off). For Administrators, the location configuration now supports the Municipality and Address levels, and improved error handling on configuration. JOB ALERTS FOR EMPLOYEES Employees can opt in and receive Job Alert emails. Job Alert emails are sent to those employees who have chosen to receive them. The ability to opt-in is displayed on the modal (pop-up) which appears when starting a job submission. Customers may choose to keep the feature disabled, which prevents the checkbox on the modal with the opt-in option from displaying to the employees. In this case, no email is sent to employees. HIDE APPLY MODAL FROM RECOGNIZED USERS Streamlines the candidate experience for job seekers who Sourcing detects as recognized users. The apply modal can be configured so that it is not displayed to logged in users, those who are accessing the site from a campaign or job alert email, or who have a cookie from a previous session with a Session ID recognized as being from a user account. The apply modal continues to be displayed to unrecognized users to ensure Sourcing has data tracking. APPLY MODAL DISPLAY CONSOLIDATION Streamlines the experience for jobseekers populating data in the apply modal. Up to 15B.7 the apply modal can be perceived as being two separate pages to interact with. With 15B.8, the apply modal is restyled so that it is perceived as a single page. AUTHENTICATION BUTTONS FOR EMPLOYEES ONLY Clarifies the display of the Sign Up and Sign In buttons displayed on sites that are configured as Referral Only. The two authentication buttons can be hidden behind an Are you an Employee? link. This reinforces to non employees that they do not need to authenticate in Sourcing in order to apply to jobs. SITE-SPECIFIC VANITY URLS Provides the ability to configure site-specific vanity URLs. Customers with multiple brand identities, aligned to unique sites in Sourcing, can now configure a vanity URL for each site. This contributes to helping organizations build employment brands. 7

PREVENT SIGN UP WITH COMPANY EMAIL DOMAIN Ensures that non employee users only see external postings. A new capability prevents users from registering as new users using email addresses which include the customer s corporate email domain, which would mark that user as an employee. This feature closes a backdoor which permitted non employees to view internal only postings. Conventionally, customers load all their employees into the system and employees need to use Sign Up only to claim their account. PREVENT EMPLOYEES FROM APPLYING TO EXTERNAL ONLY JOB POSTINGS Ensures that employees cannot apply to external only postings, but are still able to promote those external jobs to their network. Up through 15B.7, jobs posted to external only career sections were displayed to employees and available for employees to refer, promote and apply. With 15B.8, the ability for employees to apply to these jobs has been revoked while maintaining the ability to promote these jobs. EMPLOYEES QUERY INTERNAL JOB DESCRIPTION INDEX Ensures that employees searching for jobs will query an index of internal job descriptions. When employees search for jobs, their keywords query the internal language. Non employee job seekers will continue to query an index of the external job descriptions. This feature also extends to Custom Landing pages. Up through 15B.7 Custom Landing pages queried the index of external descriptions. With 15B.8, the pages query internal descriptions for employees. There is no change to Category or Location Landing pages. EMPLOYEES SEE INTERNAL SHORT DESCRIPTION Ensures that employees searching for jobs see the short description from the internal job description that is included in the Search Results page. Up through 15B.7, employees searching for jobs would see the short description embedded from the external job description. With 15B.8, employees see the short description embedded from the internal job description. Non employees will continue to see the short description in the job list from the external job description. 8

ORACLE TALEO RECRUITING CLOUD SERVICE In 15B, Recruiting focuses its enhancements around the application process in career section, interview scheduling integration for evaluation management, offer workflows, security, and compliance. ENHANCED CANDIDATE CONVERSIONS Allow existing candidates to reapply with the latest version of their LinkedIn, or Indeed profiles. IMPROVED OFFER WORKFLOWS FOR RECRUITERS Enforce task reminders via e-mail to recruiters who are withholding the offer approval process. Incorporate offer expiration date and time tokens in the message template for candidate offers. Configure offers to reorganize existing offer fields into a custom section, or to rename existing section names. Activate worker location field in the offer for multi-location requisitions. Configure additional pay basis values in the offer that are bulk imported from external systems via TCC. Deactivate pay basis values that are not used by offers. SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE UPLIFTS Configure file formats that can be attached to correspondence. Disable JavaScript method and API in Recruiting that silently prevents its execution. Enable TCC export of historical fields tied to equal employment opportunity. Enforce compliance of recruiters reviewing job submissions sorted by Submission Completed date in chronological order, instead of by Submission Creation date which also includes draft or abandoned job applications. NEW MOBILE HIRING Access hiring manager functions in the new native application for HCM Mobile Cloud, which connects directly to Oracle Taleo Recruiting via native web services. Configure which candidate selection workflow steps in Recruiting shall be accounted for in candidate list. View active candidates, requisitions and job submissions, including associated files. Approve, decline, or pass requisitions and offers. Move forward or reject candidates. Add comments on candidates. Evaluate candidates and by filling Evaluation Management questionnaires, skill ratings, or recommendations. Review shortlisted candidates. Approve job offer. E-OFFER SELECTOR OPTIMIZATION Eliminate the risk and inconvenience of having to select how to extend an offer when you are using electronic offers as your primary method of delivery. If you are configured to use the standard or advanced electronic offer feature, the default method to extend offers is now Extend in writing instead of Extend verbally. As well, the default method to send 9

the offer letter is now E-Offer instead of Email. This means less clicks and a simpler user experience whenever e-offers are used. Extending offers verbally or via email remains possible but is no longer the default route. E-SIGNATURE INTEGRATION OFFERING ENHANCEMENT Enhanced integration method to export the e-signature unique identifier information. When candidates accept or refuse an offer, they e-sign the offer by providing their full name and unique identifier. This unique identifier data is made available for export via integration (Taleo Connect Client) and can be exported using the existing signature export method. This helps customers to generate signature reports for compliance and audit purposes. 10

ORACLE TALEO CAREER SECTION CLOUD SERVICE SOURCE TRACKING FOR EMPLOYEE REFERRAL ON CAREER SECTION Populate source tracking for candidates who are referred by employees in the organization. Customers can force the Source Tracking to be populated for referred candidates; neither the referrer, nor the referred candidate has to enter this information. The system-delivered source Our Employee (code REF-12) will be automatically populated on the referred candidate after the feature is enabled. USER NAME RECAPTURE THROUGH EMAIL Provide user name recapture via email. The system can be configured to send the forgotten user name via an email so that only a candidate who has access to the email account can confirm the username. In prior releases, the Forgot User Name feature presented the reclaimed user name in cleartext on the screen after the candidate entered an email address. This information could have been used for user name harvesting. CONFIGURABLE TIME WINDOW FOR ACCESS CODE USE Prevent aging access codes from being used to claim accounts. A time period can be configured representing the age of access codes which are valid for authentication. Access codes are distributed in emails as part of the Forgot Password feature, and also the Employee and Agency Referral, and the Create Candidate features. Customers can choose between 1 and 10,000 hours. The default value at upgrade is 1,440 hours (60 days). NEW OFCCP DISABILITY FORM WITH 2020 EXPIRATION DATE Deliver the new Voluntary Self Identification of Disability Form published by the United States Department of Labor on January 31 st, 2017. Contractors to the United States government are mandated to capture self-identification of disability by applicants in a form prescribed by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). In the week of February 13, 2017, all customers zones were provisioned with the new form, which will expire on January 31 st, 2020. Customer administrators can enable this form using configuration tools. STRICTER SECURITY FOR CHANGING SECURITY QUESTIONS Secure candidate accounts so that only the rightful owner can manage security questions. Candidates will need to provide the existing answers to security questions before they can change the question or response in their My Account Options page. 11

SECURITY QUESTION CONFIGURATION BYPASS PREVENTION Ensure that all candidates have security questions in place. When candidates are on the screen where they are asked to populate security questions, for example, when they are registering as a new user, there is no other navigation displayed. The only action they can take is entering a question and its associated response. Only when the question is created will the candidates be able to proceed to other actions, such as applying to a job. CONFIGURABLE LINK COLORS ON FACETED SEARCH Enhances the Theme Editor to allow configuration of additional link elements on Faceted Search. Up through 15B.7 two links in the facet panel and the Job Title link on Faceted Search were not configurable, and had system-imposed display attributes. With 15B.8, these become configurable, allowing customers to mirror their corporate color and style palates. 12

ORACLE TALEO ONBOARDING (TRANSITIONS) CLOUD SERVICE SECURITY ALERT WHEN OPENING PDF FILES FROM ONBOARDING CONTENT PAGES Enhances security for users when opening PDF files from Content Page tasks in Onboarding. Users can be presented with an alert advising them that the PDF will be cached on their local device when opening the file. 13

ORACLE TALEO PLATFORM CLOUD SERVICE OBI REPORTING In 15B, OBI focuses its enhancements around new reportable fields and functional improvements in Embedded Reporting. NEW REPORTABLE ELEMENTS New reportable fields enrich the following areas of Recruiting: Job posting notification Disability form tracking CSW status codes Disqualification questions Scheduling Additional multi-lingual field coverage Additional candidate tracking fields ENHANCED EMBEDDED REPORTING Enhanced functionalities in Embedded Reporting offer improved usability for report authors and end users, as well as better operational management of report executions: Report Scheduling: Enable a BI Publisher embedded report to be run on a pre-set schedule, with e-mail notifications sent to indicated recipients, and report output files under 10 Mb in size attached to them. Report Notification: Allow report user to be notified by e-mail that a long-running report has completed. Scheduled Job Monitoring: Manage scheduled jobs, including renewal, activation, deactivation, or deletion. View scheduled job statuses and history. Activity Monitoring: Monitor running processes. Review detailed error information from failed processes, including queries that fail validation during data model creation. End-User Report Search: Find published BI Publisher embedded reports by partial name search. Miscellaneous Enhancements in Embedded Reporting: Support multi-joins between datasets of data models. Enable export and import of data models and report definitions for backup purposes, or to copy them from one zone to another. Support XML as report output format. NEW REPORTING FIELDS IN RECRUITING AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SUBJECT AREAS Enhance the Recruiting and Performance Management subject areas with more than 250 new reporting fields each. New succession plan UDFs for Performance Management and various new fields for Recruiting were added to have a better alignment with the legacy subject areas. 14

ORACLE TALEO PLATFORM CLOUD SERVICE CONNECT CLIENT ENHANCEMENT OF ATTACHMENT EXPORT METHOD Unique identifier and exported flag were added to attachment export TCC methods in Recruiting and Onboarding (Transitions). This enables users to keep track of which attachments were exported, without having to refer back to the candidate or submission information. This new feature is to be used primarily for archiving and housekeeping purposes of attachments. 15
