ADA Parking Schneider Arena Game Day Guide: A-Z ADA parking is issued on a first come, first served basis to individuals in possession of a state issued handicap parking placard. ADA parking is located in lower level of the parking garage adjacent to Anderson Stadium. ADA Seating ADA seating is issued on a first come, first served basis. If ADA seating is required, please contact the ticket office at 401-865-4672. AED s There is an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) located near Men s Bathroom & Ticket Office. Anderson Stadium Anderson Stadium is the home of the Providence College Men s & Women s Soccer and Men s Lacrosse team, and is adjacent to Schneider Arena. State of the art facility completed in Spring 2016 with seating for 1,500 fans. Bags & Bag Searches To expedite your entrance into the facility, we recommend not bringing bags into Schneider Arena. General guests may bring bags into the arena but all bags will searched for prohibited items by stadium officials. Backpacks and larger luggage items are prohibited. Banners, Signs & Flags Banners, signs and flags deemed inappropriate by event staff are not permitted in Schneider Arena. Signage may not be hung or attached anywhere inside or outside of the facility. Bookstore The Providence College bookstore has a merchandise stand located in the lobby of Schneider Arena. Other options include the main Bookstore located in the Slavin Center. Camera Policy Still cameras that do not obstruct views of the playing surface of neighboring guests are permitted. Cameras that have lenses larger than 4 inches or those with detachable lenses are not permitted in Schneider Arena. Colors 4

The official colors of Providence College are black and white. Concessions Concession stands are located in the lobby of Schneider Arena. All stands accept credit cards for payment. Dunkin Donuts Dunkin Donuts coffee shop is located inside Schneider Arena and is open during all men s hockey games. Fan behavior Proper behavior is expected from all of our guests. Foul/abusive language and/or rowdy behavior will not be tolerated and will be cause for ejection and/or arrest. Notify the nearest Event Staff or security representative immediately if actions of this type occur near you. Guests of Providence College are expected to: First Aid Sit in assigned seats to avoid inconveniencing other guests. Keep aisles clear at all times. Be prepared to show your ticket stub each time you enter your assigned seating section. Refrain from entering the playing surface, throwing objects, or any other actions that may prove hazardous. Offenders will be ejected and are subject to arrest and prosecution. The Schneider Arena First Aid room is located in the arena behind section 101, below the press box. Please notify a member of the event staff if you need immediate assistance. Friars Forever Athletic Fund The Friars Forever Fund provides our student-athletes and coaches with the resources that are necessary to compete at the highest level of college athletics. Donations may be designated to any one of Providence College s # varsity programs, or you may choose to make an unrestricted gift to the Forever Friar Fund which gives the Director of Athletics flexibility to use the funds where they are needed the most. Friends of Friars Room The Leary Friends of Friar Hockey room is the premier game day entertainment facility located inside Schneider Arena. Season ticket holders for men s hockey who donate $400 or more to men s or women s ice hockey in the current fiscal year (July 1-June 30) will receive passes for admittance during any home game (one pass per season ticket owned). Donors who are not current season ticket holders must make a minimum contribution of at least $750 to men s or women s hockey to receive a total of two passes. Online Ticket Sales The PC ticket website is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and allows you to: Purchase Tickets: Buy tickets directly from the Providence College Ticket Office. Renew Tickets: Renew your season tickets online in a matter of minutes. Ticket Marketplace: Buy and sell unused tickets from Providence College season ticket holders at http://www.vividseats.com/sports/providence-college-friars-hockey-tickets.html Ticket Transfer: Transfer unused tickets to family and friends. Parking Parking is available in the parking garage located adjacent to Anderson Stadium. PC Security Providence College Security Officers are present on game day to ensure the safety and security of the athletes, coaches and guests. 8

Pep Band The Providence College pep band performs at a number of home games throughout the season. Prohibited Actions & Items To ensure that all fans have a safe and enjoyable visit to Schneider Arena for all Providence College events, the following actions are prohibited: Smoking Throwing or kicking objects in seating areas Disorderly conduct (including use of profanity) Standing or sitting in aisle ways, ramps and walkways To ensure that all fans have a safe and enjoyable visit to Schneider Arena for all Providence College events, the following items are prohibited: Radio Alcoholic beverages Audio or video recording equipment Cameras with lenses larger than 4" Cameras with detachable lenses Banners, Signs and Flags Beach balls Canes, chains or sticks of any length (non-medical use canes) Cans, Glass or Metal containers Coolers (unless containing medical supplies) Fireworks or any Explosive Folding Chairs Food and Beverage Helium Balloons Illegal Drugs Knives of any size Laser Pointers Pets (except service animals for the disabled) Promotional Items with commercial identification not approved by the BC Athletics Department Tape Recorders PLEASE NOTE: Other items that, in the judgment of the stadium management, pose a safety hazard or diminish the enjoyment of an event by other patrons shall be prohibited. Prohibited items will not be accepted for safekeeping by Arena event staff. Fans are reminded to please leave all such items secured in their vehicles. Individuals with possession of a prohibited item(s) may be denied admission to Schneider Arena. When a prohibited item is discovered after a patron enters the facility, the item shall be confiscated and disposed of and the patron may be ejected from the facility, shall be denied re-entry and the ticket price will not be refunded. Providence College Men s Hockey Games can be heard on WOON 1240 AM. Re-Entry Re-entry is NOT permitted into Schneider Arena. Restrooms 9

Restrooms are located throughout Schneider Arena. The restrooms offer baby changing stations and are fully ADA accessible. Companion restrooms are located on the 2nd floor of Schneider Arena. Trophy Case-National Championship The National Championship Trophy is located in the main lobby of Schneider Arena. Vehicle Restrictions RVs, campers, or limousines are NOT allowed on campus.
