The publication of this resolution in the website indicated in the call Barcelona, 20 September 2017 Vice-Rector for Outreach and Internationalization Against this decision, which exhausts administrative proceedings, and irrespective of its immediately enforceability, interested parties may choose to open contentious administrative proceedings through the Contentious-Administrative Court of Barcelona, as provided for in Article 8 of Law 29/1998, of 13 July, on appeals and complaints against public bodies. Proceedings may be opened up to two months after announcement of the decision in question, in accordance with the provisions made in Article 46 of Law 29/1998. Notwithstanding, interested parties may also choose to lodge an internal appeal, within one month from the day after notification of the decision, in accordance with the provisions established in Article 123 et. seq. of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on common administrative procedure of public administrations. In this case, contentious administrative proceedings may not be opened until such time as the internal appeal has been expressly or implicitly resolved. Interested parties may also lodge any other type of appeal they deem appropriate in legitimate defence of their rights. 7
