Things to improve? Definition of Workshops and Call for Presentations / Contributions earlier!!!! Agenda Workshop topics: two workshops in advance with detailed definitions / expectations!!! Workshop format: two in advance or use always the same format - we have to pre-book always a maximum! Send out call for presentations / contributions one month before deadline is too short!! Industry Seminar: It s not possible to make the event popular - in a short time people cannot be attracted to contribute or attend!! Think about: What do we expect from an industry seminar? How can we get input from industry? Could it be also a marketing-tool to attract more awareness about the project? -> more input? Do we need more input? Although the Workshops should be not so formal an agenda could be prepared some more in advance (even it will be changed). Sometimes an agenda makes somebody to attend. PR Please keep us up-to-date about deliverables or something else you produce. This could be used to do PR work. We had many feedback from press releases! Replies Please don t let me singing in the rain?
