Annex 4 Presentations 1 st presentation Ms Anna Fragkidou, Electrical Engineer MSc, REACM / ANATOLIKI SA She presented the TRANSPARENSE project, the scope of the project, the major outputs and the expected results, the objectives and finally presented the draft EPC Code of Conduct. 2 nd presentation Mr Ioannis Papadopoulos, Electrical Engineer ERGOMEC company (ESCO registered in the Greek esco registry), The Greek realit He gave a brief presentation of the EnergyPerformance Contracting and the role of ESCOs, the field that EPC can be implemented and finally proposed the next steps for the Greek EPC market 3 rd presentation - Mr Andreas Tsalas, Loans & Deposits Funds (L&DF), Financing projects of local authorities from the Loans & Deposits Funds He presented the terms and conditions of financing local authoriity s projects from the Loans & Deposits Funds and from the European Investment Bank. 15
4 th presentation Dr Kostas Konstantinou, Mechanical Engineer, REACM / ANATOLIKI SA, EPC for street lighting- An Austrian example He presented the key points of an Austrian EPC contract for the modernization of municipal street lighting 5 th presentation Mr Charalampos Kouklidis, Mechanical Engineer, ENTE, Projects that can be realised with EPC-A case study He presented a case study of an CHP installation in a hospital. He presented 2 ways of financing the investment. The first with 100% state financing and the second with EPC. In each case he presented bussiness plan and the evaluation of the investment. 6 th presentation - Ms Thalia Bogdanou, Enviromentalist MSc, REACM / ANATOLIKI SA, EU Green Procurement-Good Practices-The Buy Smart project She presented the Buy Smart project, the National and European legislation for green procurement, a calculation tool for the LCC, the educational procedure for green procuremnet and some good practices Full presentations can be found in www.anatoliki.gr 16
