University of Redlands Adding: Island Conservation With the exception of the changes below, all terms and conditions of the Hawaii Pacific Islands CESU Cooperative and Joint Venture Agreement apply to this Amendment, and this Amendment is hereby made part of the agreement. ARTICLE I. BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES K.1. Island Conservation is hereby included in the Hawaii Pacific Islands CESU as a partner institution. ARTICLE III. TERM OF AGREEMENT A.1. A.2. The effective date of the Hawaii Pacific Islands CESU Cooperative and Joint Venture Agreement is 01 July 2009. The effective date of this amendment to the Hawaii Pacific Islands CESU Cooperative and Joint Venture Agreement shall be determined from the date of the last signature to this Amendment. ARTICLE IV.
