It has a fast turnover rate. You'll either be demoted or red if you're making too much money for too long. They'll replace you with someone you hired or trained for a short period as well. I worked at S&N Debt Solutions full-time (More than a year) Can sometimes earn great sales bonuses when phones are ringing. Great co workers for the most part. Schedules aren't too bad. Sent free perks here and there. Compenation plans change a few times a year. Phone call volume is very inconsistent. No one talks to you if there is a negative perception of you, they just re you or demote you. Has happened several tumes. Nepotism and heavy drug use by employees and managers they look the other way. They promote terrible employees and re good employees.
