Milos is from Belgrade, Serbia, and has spent time learning about how we operate the Ponca City Chamber, what we focus on and how we work to build the Ponca City economy. Milos has also learned about our business community, City of Ponca City and state government. He is the coordinator for Young Business Leaders with the Serbian Association of Managers in the capitol city of Belgrade. His duties cover event management, training on business issues, marketing and managing online presence of social networks including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Milos likes traveling, sports, music and writing. This is part of the US Chamber's CIPE program, and we are excited for our Chamber to have the opportunity to mentor him! This is the second time our Chamber has been selected to mentor an international business leader; we are privileged to be asked to do this again. Milos will be here until Saturday, May 17th. On April 15, Marc and Kathy Leavell, owners of Ground Round Grill & Bar, along with their manager Darnell Harris, are shown at their Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. Tuesday, May 6th 4:00 p.m. The Partners in Education wrap-up meeting will take place at the Ponca City Board of Education office on Tuesday, May 6. It is important that all of our business participants and school principals have one or more representatives in attendance. Please contact Chelsea McConnell at the Chamber office at 765-4400, by Friday, May 2 nd to let her know who from your organization will be in attendance. This will be a time for the schools to share how their business partners have made a difference for them this year! Thank you to those Chamber businesses who participate in the PIE Partner program! PRIDE Training on Quality Customer Service Chamber Office June 5 th There will be a PRIDE Training at the Chamber office on Thursday, June 5 th from 11:30 a.m. 1:30 p.m. Phone the Chamber office at 765-4400 to sign-up your employees for this important training on quality customer service. Lunch will be provided at no charge. This training will help educate your employees on the importance of quality customer service not only for your company but for the individual as well. This interactive training takes just under 2 hours, and if you are a member of the Chamber, it is offered at no charge. Seating is limited, so phone today if you would like your employees to participate.

I am on the Tourism Bureau with the Chamber and the Promotion Board with MainStreet. I love doing our different cook-offs each month to raise money for different local charities as well as feeding the guests of the Friendship Feast every Friday night out in front of the bar. 4. What services do you provide? We provide liquor catering. We have a full bar, with an excellent wine and beer selection. We offer our lunch menu 6 days a week, as well as food and liquor catering. We have live music every weekend, a psychic medium once a month as well as painting classes and craft nights. 5. What do you think is your business s best product or attribute? We hope that with all the different activities we offer, people will always have something to do in Ponca City.
