About Irving Stackpole Irving has over 40 years of experience in healthcare management, marketing and sales. His commitment to the long-term care & postacute sector includes: speaking engagements at AHCA, ACHCA, LeadingAge, ASCP, NCPA and in many more; published articles and interviews in Provider, Advance, Modern Healthcare and others, as well as; assignments with advisory councils, boards and agencies serving the sector. Since 1991 as the President of Stackpole & Associates, Inc., he has led long-term care strategic marketing, customer satisfaction measurement, customer service training, market research & feasibility studies, sales skill training, sales management and business planning projects throughout the United States and the UK earning both recognition and awards. Irving has a background as a respiratory therapist, holds a Bachelor s degree in Philosophy from Stonehill College, a Master s degree from Northeastern University, and Certificate in Advanced Statistical Process Control from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
