MEET THE COACHING TEAM MIKE LIGHTFOOT Camp Director and Men's Basketball Coach Head coach since 1987, Coach Lightfoot was inducted into the NAIA Hall of Fame for making the Pilots a national powerhouse with three NAIA National Championships and four NCCAA National Championships to go along with numerous individual honors. As camp director, Lightfoot has been involved in Bethel s Sports Camps since the early 70s. Over the years, the camps have been recognized as some of the best teaching camps in the nation. Coach Lightfoot and his staff make all Bethel campers feel truly special. ALYSSA HOWELL Cheerleading A Bethel alum, Coach Howell rejoined BC coed cheerleading to head up the program in the summer of 2016. Howell has experience in competitive cheer at the high school and collegiate level, including an UCA national title. KATIE WEISS Volleyball An alumus of the BC volleyball program, Coach Katie Weiss takes the helm for the Pilots after assisting the program in 2016. As a player Weiss was a threetime all-american and was inducted into the Bethel Hall of Fame in 2012. ERIC GINGERICH Women's Basketball Coach Eric Gingerich landed at BC in 2016 taking over the Lady Pilot basketball program. The first-time head coach brings experience with him from stints with IWU, Huntington, John Brown and Bethany Christian. THIAGO PINTO Men's Soccer Head coach since 2009, Coach Pinto led the men s soccer team to an NAIA National ranking in his first four seasons. He has led the Pilots to two NAIA National tournaments while winning the conference regular season and tournament title twice. JAMIE LINDVALL Women's Soccer Joining the Bethel family in 2014, Coach Lindvall brings over a decade of coaching experience to the Pilots program from the sidelines of NCAA DII, DIII and other NAIA institutions. SCOTT REESE Softball After 17 years at Ancilla College, Coach Scott Reese returned to his alma mater in the summer of 2016 to lead the softball program. In his 17 seasons, Reese accumulated 261 victories and coached two NFCA All-Americans, & 46 allconference performers. JOHN NATALI Tennis Head coach since 2001, Coach Natali oversees both the men s and women s programs at Bethel as director of tennis. His teams have regularly advanced to the NCCAA National Tournament. SCOTT HOLMES Women's Lacrosse Holmes was selected in November of 2014 to launch the first ever Bethel women's lacrosse program. He is a certified U.S. Lacrosse high school women's head coach, and has developed multiple players into NCAA athletes. TONY NATALI Track & Men's Basketball Head coach since 1998, Coach Natali serves as the Bethel track coach as well as men s basketball assistant coach. His track teams have won 8 NCCAA National Championships & 8 MCC/League titles GIL GADIA Men's Rugby After starting his coaching career at BC as an assistant, Coach Gil Gadia took the reins of the men s rugby program in the fall of 2016. In his first season in the driver s seat, Gadia guided the Pilots to a regular-season record of 8-1.

SELECTED SUMMER CAMP START DATE END DATE By signing below, the participating individual voluntarily agrees to assume and/or incurs all risks of loss, impairment, damage or injury of whatever kind, including death, that may be sustained for suffered by participating in and attendance camp whether or not the result in whole or in part of acts or omissions, negligence, or other unintentional fault of the camp or Bethel College. In addition, the participant, (including his/her heirs, assigns and personal representatives) agrees to release, hold harmless, and indemnify Bethel College from and against any claims, demands, actions, causes of action, lawsuits, expenses, or losses (including attorneys fees) on account of property damage or personal injury (including death) arising out of or attributable to the individual s participating in and attendance camp. This Assumption of Risk and Release Waiver applies to Bethel College and all of its trustees, officers, directors, managers, servants, agents, faculty, staff, students, volunteers, employees, advisors, and/or representatives.
