Ten Days to Zero TB We re challenging every PIH Engage team to run a personal fundraising campaign from November 13 22 and participate in the 10 Days to Zero campaign. Ø IF each team recruits 5-10 fundraisers Ø IF each team hosts a group fundraising event like a Phone-A-Thon Ø IF each fundraiser asks 11 friends and family to give $1 a day for 3 months We can raise > $250,000 before 2016!!

A Ten Day Strategy 1 Launch Party! Everyone sets up their page and records a general video Fundraisers send 50 personal videos! Phone-A-Thon! Everyone calls the people they ve emailed to follow up and/or thank them 10 Celebrate! You all are amazing!

At Change Heroes we re building the world s largest community of individuals making global impact through peer-to-peer giving. Welcome. By becoming a Change Heroes Fundraiser you ll join a community that has raised well over 2 million dollars and impacted hundreds of thousands of lives worldwide. We ll show you how you can make a difference right now by raising funds for impactful projects.

Through our unique process of "friend finding" you'll invite contacts to donate to your campaign. Fundraisers recruit 11 friends to donate $1.00 a day for 3 months...this adds up to $1000! The first step is to visit your unique campaign website on your personal computer (www.pih.org/tendaystozero). Click the orange Start Your Campaign button.

Now let s get your profile set up, make a list of friends, create video invites and make that first donation. Log-in with email or Facebook. For corporate accounts you could log in with your first name as the Company name - this is the name that will be used for automatic communications.

On the next screen you ll make a list of your friends, family and colleagues that you think may donate to you campaign. No emails will be sent yet, but you will need to add at least 5 connections to move on to the next step.

Now here s where it gets really interesting. By recording a short video through your webcam you can send a personalized video message to your friends, colleagues or family. The first video to send is your general video that plays on your general campaign landing page. This video will be automatically be followed by the professional Change Heroes video, which explains the donation process. Next you will be able to film personal videos for each of your contacts. The personal video is the key to the Friend Funding process. This video will be played in a unique link that is sent via email to each of your individual contacts. The general Change Heroes video will automatically play after your personalized video is finished.

Once you ve created the personalized video, it s time to kick it off by making the first donation. You ll be the first to start the funds rolling in. Choose a payment plan and enter your credit card information. Why donate to your own campaign? Campaigns that already have donations are significantly more likely to encourage other donors to give. Lead by example.

Great, now let s fire off those personal videos you created. You ll be able to edit the email body copy but we ve given you a sample message.

You can go back and edit anything you want. If you re happy with everything then start sharing to anyone you want. You have a unique web address that you can copy and paste anywhere you want. Or share directly through Facebook. Thank you from all of us at Change Heroes and our charity partners for taking the time and spending some pocket change to help make a real difference.
