Services for NGOs / Societies / rusts: While doing several works for the NGOs / Societies / Trusts / Training Centers implementing Govt Schemes what we have seen is that, most of the organizations have last 3 year audit report, pan card, Niti Aayog - Darpan portal unique id, member details, etc but not all the documents are in proper order. For example, a few certificates are in pdf format while others are in jpg format. Moreover the ITR/Audit Reports comes with multiple separate sheets. In short meaning, there is no proper method of maintaining the documents. Gradually the NGO should tie up with some giant NGOs to run sub-contracts for personal experience or should apply for the district level / state level schemes or short term training programs under the state or central Government. 8. ITR with proper audited report should be prepared every year and atleast minimum of 25 lacs of annual average turnover should be aimed to achieve which will help the organization in applying various central Government projects. Same should be kept in a single file pdf format. 9. NGO should tie up with various corporate organizations to carry out training or associated services which will help the organization to achieve good numbers in the audited reports.
