Food and Coffee Coffee and pastries will be available during registration and in between the morning sessions (CC 3rd floor lounge). In addition, Bethel s coffee shop (BC 2nd floor) opens at 10am. Drinks and snacks may also be purchased from the Campus Store (also BC 2nd floor) and at vending machines next to Bethel s post office (HC 1st floor). The Monson Dining Center (BC 3rd floor) has several brunch options available during our lunch break ($9). If you d rather go off-campus, there are numerous restaurants within fewer than 10 minutes drive of Bethel (head south on Highway 51 towards Roseville, or east on County Road E towards Shoreview).
