The Monson Dining Center (BC 3rd floor) has several brunch options available during our lunch break ($9). If you d rather go off-campus, there are numerous restaurants within fewer than 10 minutes drive of Bethel (head south on Highway 51 towards Roseville, or east on County Road E towards Shoreview).
