European Strategic Cluster Partnerships Going International European Strategic Cluster Partnerships Going International (ESCPs-4i): are transnational cluster partnerships that develop and implement a joint internationalisation strategy and support SME internationalisation towards third countries beyond Europe were labelled and supported by the European Commission, DG Growth and the Executive Agency for SMEs of the European Commission through the COSME funding programme 25 ESCP-4i were selected by the European Commission 9

ESCP-4i: key figures ESCP-4i all together gather 150 cluster organisations across 23 European countries. Potential to support +17,000 European SMEs in accessing global value chains and taking a leading position globally. GEOGRAPHICAL FOCUS 10
