Operations Center - Parking Administrative employees should park on the west side of building 3. A safety orientation meeting is tentatively scheduled for June 13 th. Additional information will be provided.

Northeast Academy - Parking Administrative employees should allow NE students and staff have priority for the north parking lot. Please park in the east parking lot. OKCPS maintenance staff is working to ensure all lights and cameras stay in working condition.

Martin Luther King - Parking During the summer administrative employees will not have any parking concerns. We are working with a local church to gain access to their parking lot for the remaining time at MLK. More details to come.

Safety & Security

Security Badges Each of the three location will have an armed security guard. Card readers will be used to enter the buildings. Badges must be worn at all times while in the buildings. OKCPS is currently going through a re-keying process and keys will be distributed sparingly.

Emergency Drills Administration staff will be located at multiple sites. Any personnel at a school site must participate in all emergency drills. Each semester: 2 fire drills 2 security drills (1 lockout and 1 lockdown) 1 tornado drill 1 additional drill chosen by the site August and January there will be two drills as the schools are required to conduct a fire drill in the first 10 days of the semester and a security drill within the first 15 days of the semester. Additionally at Operations Ian Wolfe is in the process of updating the EOP to accommodate the additional personnel and we will be drilling monthly as well.

Intercoms Intercoms will be disabled in the offices of Administration employees. The intercoms in the halls will be sufficient to hear the warnings for all emergency drills

What to bring Immediately, the priority is moving all essential items to complete your daily tasks. Yes: Pictures Certificates No: Floor Heaters Microwaves Currently determining the best way to accommodate staff needs for storing lunches brought from home.

Tentative Timeline

Operations Phase One: HR B104 & B109 (18) Move-in ready June 13th Phase Two: HR B100 & B105 (19) Move-in ready June 27th

Northeast Academy Many areas that require no construction do involve adding electrical outlets, network drops and relocating the items in the room. Electric complete by June 2 Network drops complete by June 2 Relocating items begin at end of school
