Presented every October by edu-it, the ICT by the Sea Conference is the Premiere Conference in Western Australia around the use and support of ICT in the classroom. The 2015 Conference will be held on Thursday the 8 th and Friday the 9 th of October. Due to the success of the venue last year the Conference will be hosted at the Rendezvous Grand Hotel, Scarborough. Some of the highlights of the ICT by the Sea Conference are; Keynote presentations from Industry leaders and internationally recognised experts in the field; Breakout sessions for teachers featuring great classroom teachers sharing their tips, tricks and techniques; Presentations by vendors on the use and support of ICT; Case studies about innovations in ICT presented by Schools innovating their way to success; and Discussion forums on hot topics for school leaders. We ll be introducing some new innovations at the Conference this year, such as; a testing station to enable teachers to obtain Microsoft Certification; a discussion panel will close the Conference with Platinum Sponsors nominated subject matter experts; and Master classes and high level technical sessions concurrent with the Conference. Keynote Speaker Sponsorship $1,500 (1 available) You can nominate a speaker and sponsor their appearance costs. Your sponsorship includes; Your logo in all Conference materials; Your logo on screen during the keynote session in the Main Plenary room; and Banner display in exhibition area. Breakout Room Presentation $200 It s always been the custom that attendees prefer presentations containing generic information rather than a sales pitch. Cocktail Party Sponsorship $5,000 The Cocktail Party is a great opportunity to promote your company. You ll open the event with a short address to attendees, along with advertising your patronage in the Conference Guide. Your company logo will also be included on all signage related to the event. Coffee Stand Sponsorship $3,000 The Coffee Stand was very successful in 2014. So successful in fact that over 600 hundred cups of coffee was made over the 2 days. The line of attendees waiting in line for a coffee was substantial on both days. Wouldn t it be great if that line was next to your display? Bag Inserts $1,000 (5 available) A limited number of bag inserts will be allowed, so be quick. A maximum of 5 stapled A4 pages per insert will be accepted. The inserts must be delivered for insertion two weeks prior to the Conference. Page 5
This year we ve changed the conditions of Sponsorship. Please read the conditions below and if satisfied with the policies, complete the Sponsorship Request Form on the edu-it Conference website. Please note: It is a macroenabled document. The listed Sponsorship packages are open to negotiation. If you d like to customise your sponsorship, just contact us to discuss. Accommodation is not a part of the package. Sponsors attending the ICT by the Sea Conference must make their own accommodation arrangements. In order to secure your Sponsorship, simply complete and return the Sponsorship Request Form and a Tax Invoice will be issued for the appropriate amount. Payment must be received within 14 days from date of Invoice.
