KEA/COMEDK/PGCET admission allotment letter issued by competent authority 10 th (SSLC), 12 th ( PUC) /Diploma /Degree certificates 2. All previous semesters Mark Sheets or Result sheets( where the marks sheet are not received and in case of candidates applying for renewal of higher semester students scholarship) 3. Income certificate of Parent/Guardian issued by Tahasildar/District Magistrate 4. Salary certificate in case of Parent / Guardian who are in service issued by their drawing officer 5. Death certificate in case of Parents are not alive 6. If father is separated from mother, certificate of proof of separation 7. Caste Certificate 8. Xerox copy of Adhar Card 9. Bank Book-book photo-copy ( Account in Bank is Compulsory) IV. DETAILS OF SCHOLARSHIP 1. Government of India Scholarship : Ministry of Human Resource Development ( Department of Higher Education) Government of India awards scholarship to candidates who have secured a minimum of 80% of marks in Class XII or equivalent Examination and whose parent income is less than or equal to 4.5 Lakhs. For details please log on to www.mhrd.gov.in 2. Post Metric Scholarship to SC/ST Students whose parent income is below or equal to 250000/- per Annum. Students need to observe the following formalities before submitting application a. Get registered with Social Welfare Department Personally and obtain Login ID b. Login and Upload the documents to sw.kar.nic.in c. Take the print of acknowledgement and submit along with documents to the College d. Additionally Scholarship Form obtained from Social Welfare Department has to be duly filled and submitted.

Post Metric Scholarship for SC/ST Students whose parent income is more than 250000/- per Annum need to submit the different application form, which can be downloaded from the site sw.kar.nic.in Note: with regard to SC/ST Candidates For the SC/ST Student, who does not apply for the scholarship and whose application gets rejected for any reason has to compulsorily pay the CET fees to the college. 4. Defence Scholarship: The Department of Technical education, Govt. of Karnataka awards Defence Scholarship to Children of defence personnel. To this scholarship only UG students are eligible. Application with recommendation from the concerned Defence Officer to grant Defence Scholarship, along with proof of serving in defence, will be forwarded to Director of Technical Education along with other required documents. 5. Ex Defence Scholarship: Children of ex defence personnel can obtain scholarship application from the department of Sainik welfare, No 58, field marshal General Kariappa Bhavan, Bangalore- 560025 and will be applied with the recommendation of Principal. 6. Fee concession/ Food and Accommodation to students belonging to Cat-I: The department of Backward class and minority will award scholarship to students whose parental annual income is less than or equal to 250000/-. Students should log in to website: karepass.cgg.gov.in to apply on line for the scholarship and two copies of Acknowledgement along with documents should be submitted to the college. Students can also apply for food and accommodation provided they are not staying in Backward and Minorities Hostel (Students staying in other Hostel are eligible) and criteria for this is distance from the place where the caste certificate is issued 7. Fee concession / Food and Accommodation to students belonging to IIa, IIb, IIIa and IIIb : The department of Backward Class and Minority, Govt. of Karnataka sanctions the fee concession. The students whose parental income is less than 100000/- are eligible for this scholarship. Students should log on to the site: Karepass.cgg,gov.in apply on line and should submit two copies of the acknowledgment along with all documents to College. Students can also apply for food and accommodation provided they are not staying in Backward and Minorities Hostel (Students staying in other Hostel are eligible) and criteria for this is distance from the place where the caste certificate is issued 8. Financial aid to PG students who are qualified in GATE: The all India council for Technical education Grants, Financial aid to PG students who are qualified in GATE. The students who are qualified in GATE and selected for M.Tech program are required to submit 6 copies of GATE Score Card at the time of admission and their progress report of I and II semester as soon as the results of II semester is announced in the II year. The College authorities will take care to apply for the financial aid and once the
financial aid is received from the concerned authority the same will be disbursed to the eligible candidates. 9. Scholarship to students belonging to Minority Religion: Department of Minorities, awards the scholarship to candidates belong to Minority religion. They give advertisement during the month of July/August every year. For details the eligible candidates can see the news paper and may contact the address given below for details and avail the benefits.
