Mr. Grafstein also authored the bankruptcy section of the Connecticut bar Association s Basic Legal Practice Manual. He has spoken numerous times on Connecticut collection law, Connecticut foreclosure law and Unfair Trade Practices. Mr. Grafstein is a member of the executive committee of the Connecticut Bar Association Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section and a member of the American Bar Association Subcommittee on the U.S. Trustee System for the Business Law Section. Mr. Grafstein is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York. Houston Putnam Lowry Houston Putnam Lowry is a member of the Meriden, Connecticut law firm of Brown & Welsh, P.C. He received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Gonzaga University School of Law. He frequently appears in state and federal courts on issues involving creditors rights. Thomas W. Witherspoon, Jr. Thomas W. Witherspoon, Jr., a graduate of Cornell University, a veteran United States Army Captain, and a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law, concentrates his firm s practice in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and eviction proceedings as well as real estate transactions. Mr. Witherspoon s practice also includes representation of local and national real estate brokerage firms in the fields of litigation, real estate conveyance and general corporate representation.
