Please ensure the application your charity puts forward fits within this theme. Your project(s) may be working with people at any point in their journey including working in countries where migrants have settled. The project(s) may operate in any country or region. As well as fundraising, the A&O uses the professional skills of its lawyers and support staff to benefit a charity in the long-term. It is important to us that the impact of the partnership lasts well beyond its two-year term. A&O has offices in 31 countries. Nearly every one of our offices has contributed to our current partnership with Amref Health Africa. It is vital that our next charity partner can provide opportunities for people across our international network to engage in this partnership. 2 Allen & Overy 2016

Allen & Overy s Global Charity Partnership 2016-2018 Funding The Allen & Overy Foundation will provide a grant of GBP50,000 in unrestricted funding in two instalments over the course of the partnership. We anticipate that you will use this to cover the costs of managing the partnership from your side. A further one-off grant of GBP25,000 will be given at the beginning of the partnership for the project(s) A&O will support. All other money given to the charity will be fundraised from A&O staff and partners. We anticipate providing GBP500,000 in restricted funding for a specific project over two years. Any money raised beyond this will be unrestricted funding. As this is a fundraising partnership, we cannot guarantee that we will raise a specific amount of money for the charity.
