Trainer s Training on Entrepreneurship and Motivation 13 th 18 th February 2017 (10 AM 5 PM) NIESBUD, A 23, Sector 62, Noida Entrepreneurship and Innovation are the hallmark of any vibrant economy. Entrepreneurship is a tool and mechanism used to open the minds of individuals and organizations. It is the addedvalue of Creativity and Innovation which focuses on investing in human capital by enhancing and fostering the can-do attitude. The need for training is ever increasing; the paucity for effective trainers in entrepreneurship development is widely evident in many of the developing countries. Achieving the goal of empowering entrepreneurs demands an expanding role of motivators, identification, counseling, training and networking. However, an analysis of the variety of training programmes for entrepreneurs all over the world revealed that the package of training interventions often lack certain important elements, thus reducing the impact of training on the potential entrepreneurs resulting in high dropout and or low rate of success in entrepreneurship development programme. Entrepreneurship and Motivation Training has been one of the most important inputs in developing individuals as an enterprising person. This training as a part of total Entrepreneurship Development Program further increases the receptibility of participants regarding inputs relating to Enterprise Launching and Management. The role of motivation has further been observed very significant for sustaining entrepreneurship. The existing entrepreneurs are often found stagnating and lacking initiative for growth. Motivational intervention may be needed for initiating growth and development of the enterprise. The Entrepreneurship and Motivation training therefore will be ideally suited for such motivational trainers, counselors, consultants and existing entrepreneurs, as well.
