! Announcing 2018-19 RSP Tuition Break Programs Thank you for your institution's participation in the 2017 Annual Review of the New England Regional Student Program (RSP)/Tuition Break. This review resulted in the approval of a record number of additional programs. A total of 33 new degree programs were added: 13 bachelor s programs, 8 associate programs and 12 graduate programs (8 master's, 4 doctoral). In all, more than 850 undergraduate and graduate program are approved under the RSP. Please see the following pages for a list of revisions, by degree level, reflected in the 2018-19 programs. Note: Eligibility may have changed for one or more of your programs. If the residents of a state have lost eligibility for a program, the change will be effective for new students enrolling in Fall 2018. Returning students who remain enrolled in the program will be grandfathered and retain their eligibility. If residents of a state have gained eligibility for a program, your institution may choose to allow eligibility sooner than Fall 2018.
