September 1, 2016 Dear Grade 7 Students and Parents, The Grade 7 Leadership Trip is a highlight for all Grade 7 students as they enter St. George s School. This year s three-day leadership adventure is scheduled from Wednesday, September 14 th to Friday, September 16 th. Students will begin with an interactive visit of the Battle of the Plains of Abraham at la Maison de la Découverte in Quebec City, and then proceed to Tadoussac where various leadership, natural, and marine science activities are planned. Students will be supervised by St. George s teachers and advisors. Students are responsible to bring a packed nut-free lunch on Wednesday, September 14 th. All other meals will be provided for students. This leadership experience allows our Grade 7 students begin to form a group identity as The Graduating Class of 2021. Activities and experiences during this trip are designed to help students discover more about their personality, character, courage and resolve. Students will acquire teamwork and leadership skills, bond with new and old friends and develop a sense of responsibility and respect for all as they get to know their advisors and teachers. Enclosed you will find detailed information. Itinerary Items to pack Rules and regulations for you to review with your child Permission and medical release form that you must complete and return to Rocca Pizzi no later than Tuesday, September 6 th.
