Humble Construction Company (HCC) was founded by entrepreneur, Tracy Humble in 1946. In the late 1970 s, Tracy s son, Terry took over the reins of the family business and he focused on developing their L-R: Greg King, Lance Humble & industrial and commercial markets. Then in 2012, Rick Nease Terry s son, Lance obtained the Presidency and continues the family tradition of providing construction expertise, quality solutions, as well as valuing customer satisfaction. With more than 70 years in business, HCC s highly experienced team of professionals have been providing comprehensive, in-depth planning and highly precise execution that make them the ideal partner to deliver on client s expectations. Quality solutions, on time, affordable, and completed as promised is what you get when you work with Humble Construction Company. Their focus is on the industrial and commercial construction markets within Ohio. HCC s corporate office is located in Bellefontaine, but they also have offices in Columbus and Findlay to service their client s construction needs. HCC currently employs 46 team members. HCC believes their greatest accomplishment is providing better solutions and achieving client satisfaction simply by taking the time to understand who will be using the facility and how that facility will be used. They focus on value-engineering, money saving ideas through simple design modifications, if applicable, along with proactive management. HCC understands the complex design/construction process and will work with owners, developers, financial investors and/or the design experts to deliver the best solutions to your specific project needs. Currently in Logan County, HCC is constructing a new 320,000 square foot sub-assembly/warehouse facility, a 78,000 square foot multi-story office building/support facility for a new automotive testing facility, and multiple other industrial/commercial projects for clients throughout this region Visit Our Website at: www.logancountyohio.com. Business of the Month cont. HCC holds all team members accountable not only to ensure that their projects are completed on time, on budget and to their client s satisfaction, but they also hold their team members accountable for safety. With safety standards and planning always being a top priority, this contributes to the success of their above the industry EMR rating. With all team members being accountable, HCC believes this is the number one reason they retain current clients and that client satisfaction leads to referrals of new clients. Since 1946, Logan County has been the core part of HCC s business, working together, educating together, and worshipping together. HCC has completed projects across the state of Ohio, but is proud to call Logan County home. HCC has invested in the Chamber because of the creditability, visibility, networking and publicity the Chamber brings to Logan County.
