STRATEGIC LUNCHEONS The Central Louisiana Chamber hosts Strategic Luncheons once a month featuring timely and informative presentations provided by a variety of guest speakers. WORKSHOPS, ROUNDTABLES & FORUMS Central Louisiana Chamber of Commerce hosts a Legislative Forum, June 17, 2015 The Central LA Chamber hosts a variety of free workshops throughout the year for its members on a variety of topics, such as implementing the new provisions of the Affordable Healthcare Act, upcoming tax changes for business, maximizing social media to impact the bottom line and much more. The Chamber hosts events, meetings and roundtable discussions with members of Congress, state legislators, and local elected officials on a variety of topics. During election season, the Chamber typically hosts forums featuring all candidates for a particular office. This fall, the Chamber will host a Gubernatorial Forum featuring the four candidates. Average Attendance: 75-120 Sponsor: Organizations can sponsor a workshop and be the presenter to those in attendance. Sponsors are able to pick the topic of discussion and guide the workshop s agenda (with approval of the Chamber President).
