Packages that arrive prior to that will incur a storage fee in addition to the handling fee. FedEx Air/Ground and UPS Air/UPS Ground have to be scheduled for pickup by the client wishing to ship. This service IS NOT PROVIDED by the hotel. We do have FedEx/UPS forms on property for your convenience. FedEx Home Delivery is also a ground service and needs to be scheduled by the client in advance for pick up. Form of Payment is a valid FedEx account number or a UPS account number. If no form of payment is applied, the packages will not be shipped. When packages are ready to be shipped out, please have all of the necessary paperwork on all packages (FedEx, UPS Labels) and leave them in the booths for the banquet department to pick up. You are also welcome to call the banquet staff by using any house phone located on the walls of the trade center. Do NOT label them as Marriott being the sender, this is not accurate. Your company and/or name should be listed as the sender. The Marriott Staff will pick up the packages and deliver them to the appropriate pickup area for outgoing shipping. It will be held in the spacious Marriott. NON-EXHIBITORS Please return the membership dues notice with your payment of $125.00 no later the March 10, 2018. EXHIBITORS 1. Please fill out and sign the enclosed invoice for dues, exhibit space, advertising, scholarship fund donation, sponsorship, and electrical, as well as the Supplier Registration Form and return with your payment to W.A.M.P., 208 Martinson Ave., Westby, WI 54667, PROMPTLY. You must be a paid member of the Wisconsin Association of Meat Processors and all booth charges must be paid prior to assignment. 2. Exhibit space will be sold in 10 x 8 ft. increments, each at $375.00, except that the booths adjoining the concession area will be $425.00 each. However, even if you request a booth adjoining the concession area, please send in only $375.00 for each booth with your exhibit space reservation. If we are able to meet your request and assign you one or more such booths, you will be billed the extra $50.00/booth at the time of the convention. 3. There will be no split footage. One table with cloth; two chairs and a booth identification sign will be furnished. Included in this mailing is the floor plan of the exhibit hall on which you may mark your first, second, third, etc. preference. Assignments of booths is finalized during March and many factors are used to effect a proper and fair booth arrangement. Not placing competitive booths close to each other is the most important consideration. The date that the booth space application is received, and the number of booths requested also play a role in arriving at the final exhibit hall layout. * Many of you have requested the same booth you had last year, and those requests are already recorded. 6. Your payment of exhibit space will include free registration of two persons. Each additional person will be $20.00 each for registration at the convention. Advance registration forms are included. 7. ENCLOSED, is a form to be sent in allowing you to sponsor a new processor with a free 1 daypass to the exhibit hall only (a badge is still required) 8. AGAIN THIS YEAR - For each booth purchased by a company, a drawing card will be placed in a raffle drum. At the Suppliers Meeting at 7:30 a.m., April 7, in the Exhibit Hall, the company s card that is drawn will get a certificate for free advertising in Meating Place. In order to win, your application for a booth must be received by the Secretary s office on or before March 10, 2018 and you must be present at the Suppliers Meeting at the time of the drawing. 9.
