Respite = regular breaks from 24-hour caring for a person of any age, who has special needs. Who Should Attend? Faith community members, Stephen Ministers, women s and caring committees, missions leaders, rabbis, youth directors, pastors, and family caregivers of all ages who want to influence faith community leadership. Why Should I Attend? The South Carolina Respite Coalition brings people together from different faiths to assist them in providing respite for those in need within their faith communities. Join us to learn more about caregivers across the entire lifespan who are in our midst. This conference will provide ideas and tools to begin a respite program within your own congregation or ministry. Remember, their spiritual needs can be neglected if we do not assist them!
