Sunquest Collection Manager The product: Collection Manager is a Sunquest application that is used to positively identify patients and print labels at the patient s bedside to eliminate the risk of specimen mislabeling and streamline specimen collection workflow. Reschedule Option in Collection Manager Used to reschedule an order or portion of an order if unable to obtain the specimens required Move an order to a future time if the patient is unavailable for intended time of collection (ex. patient off unit for other testing) Move one or more tests in an order if unable to obtain during collection (ex. the blue top was collected, but the gold top was not able to be collected) Routine specimen was not yet collected and is reaching the set window in Collection Manager for viewing and collection. (ex. the intended collect time is 4 am and at 8 am, the order will no longer be viewable) 26

Tell the Help Desk it is a Collection Manager Lock and relay that to Sunquest Arizona during off hours. 41
