Opening of the Meeting The opening session of the ICAO/FAA Workshop/Meeting on the Follow-up to the Implementation of the ATS Message Handling System (AMHS) in the NAM/CAR Regions will take place on Tuesday 10 April 2012, at 09:00 hours. The opening session of the GREPECAS Project D - CAR Region ATN Infrastructure and its Air-Ground and Ground-Ground Applications Meeting will take place on Thursday 12 April 2012, at 13:00 hours after the closing of the ICAO/FAA Workshop/Meeting on the Follow-up to the Implementation of the ATS Message Handling System (AMHS) in the NAM/CAR Regions.

A3 AMHS-IMP IP/01 RESERVATION METHOD Hyatt Regency Coral Gables currently recommends Passkey web based reservations. NON-COMMISSIONABLE These rates are confirmed on a net non-commissionable basis. CUT-OFF DATE Reservations must be secured for one night's room and tax at the time of booking with either credit card, cash, or check payment and are due by March 12, 2012 after which all remaining guestrooms will be released back to the Hotel.
