Dear Sir, Dear Mrs, In greeting you in our Hospital, we want first at all to wish you a soon recovery. We know that a refuge constitutes a moment of frightness for you and your family. For this reason all the personnel that will take care of you will try his best to make you confortable. With the present guide we want to help you to orient in this Hospital, to individualize the essential services, to know the relief activity and customs of life. We wish that you all of this will help you to make a little better you stayng with us. Best wishes.
