SIST MISSION: TO CREATE THE CLASS OF ENGINEERS- ENTREPRENEURS Skolkovo University will set the new standard in higher education and research in Russia Engineering A Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovations (CEI) will spread entrepreneurial spirit across the institute. MIT INSTITUTIONAL PARTNER OF SIST MIT will ensure a most professional, timely, qualitative and according academic principles guided SIST. MIT will organize and supervise 5 research centers (one for each Research Program of the SIST) Connect and guide the research and educational processes at SIST towards industry implementation and commercialization MIT will set up Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, assist in commercialization of research MIT will assist in setting up proper governance structure, services and policies at SIST 12
