Conference Breakout Sessions Grades 3-6 Session One: Be Money Smart! In this session, participants will learn the importance of budgeting, saving money, and planning for the future. Session Two: Germs are Yuck! In this interactive and hands-on session, participants will learn about spreading of germs, the importance of hand washing, covering the mouth when sneezing and coughing, and not sharing drinks and eating utensils with others. Session Three: Science, Math, Technology, and Engineering, Oh My! In this session, young ladies will gain an overview of exciting potential career choices which require studying a curriculum based on science, math, technology, and engineering. Session Four: Bullying In this interactive role playing session, the presenter will teach young girls how to recognize and report potential harassment situations that may lead to bullying.
Conference Breakout Sessions Grades 6-8 Session One: Inappropriate Selfies In this interactive session, the presenter will use age appropriate language to explain the legal consequences of taking, viewing, and distributing inappropriate selfies. Session Two: Be Money Smart! In this session, participants will learn the importance of saving money and budgeting. Session Three: Beauty Lies Within You! In this session, participants will learn how to celebrate and embrace their own uniqueness. Session Four: Girls Can do Math and Science Too! In this session, girls will learn the importance of and be encouraged to take rigorous math and science classes and learn how STEM classes are tied to specific career choices.

In this interactive session, young ladies will learn how Social Media can negatively impact their present and future lives and careers. Session Three: Are You Ready for College? A general nervousness is completely normal as students prepare for college. In this session, young ladies will learn about 10 educational and real-world things they can do now to ensure they are prepared for college. Session Four: Volunteering Pays Off! In this interactive session, participants will learn how documented volunteering is viewed favorably by college admission officers during the college application and admissions process.
