MHV Registration Process 3-Step Registration Process Registering: Veteran must log onto www.myhealth.va.gov and create an account IPA: Veteran must sign In-Person Authentication form and show photo ID at any VA clinic Optin: Veteran must accept the terms and conditions of the Secure Messaging feature and open Secure Messaging 4
