Our challenge How to engage the clinical leaders of the future to: Inform and transform the redevelopment of Westmead Precinct? Support clinical change to optimise the redevelopment opportunity? and Build leadership capacity for the future?
5 Future Leaders Program Field trips to learn from exemplar sites Leadership Development Program including Coaching Involvement in Redevelopment planning
Field Trips Purpose: Extend and challenge thinking for planning the Westmead Redevelopment; Build shared understanding of future possibilities including future fit models of care; Develop networks and relationships for change and transformation Three international site visits and one national site visit (November 2014 January 2015) Four themes identified by Future Leaders to organise and focus line of inquiry (connected to Precinct Vision) 6
