University Requirements n. 4 IN-S is required to hand the copies of the following documents to the Erasmus+ Central Office: 1. the certificate issued by his/her home university testifying that he/she has been awarded a mobility for study scholarship, or a copy of his/her Erasmus+ contract; 2. two passport photos; 3. a copy of the Codice Fiscale; GUIDE TO REQUEST FISCAL CODE: http://torvergata.llpmanager.it/incoming/menu_principale.asp 4. a copy of his/her valid document such as passport/identity card; 5. his/her E.U. Public Health Card.
University Requirements n. 5 After registration IN-S has to go to Lazio DI.S.U. Office Via Cambridge, 6 Canteen Office (BUS n. 20) - Tel. +39 06204101 from Monday to Friday 9.00-11.00, for the canteen card. In order to receive the card, the IN-S has to hand in the following documents: a) ATTESTATO DI IMMATRICOLAZIONE (enrolment certificate) issued by the Erasmus+ Central Office; b) Two passport photos; c) Codice Fiscale.
