Executive Summary The E2ReBuild web site www.e2rebuild.eu was set up in February 2011 and has since then been the hub for the dissemination of news, results and networking in relation to the E2ReBuild project. The portal consists of two parts the external website and the internal team site for the project partners and consortium. Downloadable material such as project reports, various guidelines, programme promotion material and presentations is an important part of the web site. The aim with the website is to present information regarding the project and the progress of the demonstration buildings and the RTD work. The E2ReBuild web portal, www.e2rebuild.eu, has continuously been updated with new information on demo development, project news and results. A LinkedIn group E2ReBuild - Transforming the retrofitting construction sector! has been established to enable interactive discussion on E2REBuild related topics as well as spreading general information regarding the project and the dissemination of results. The final result of D7.2 Web Portal is the creation and maintenance of a Web portal for public and internal use. More information regarding E2ReBuild dissemination and communication is found in the reports: D7.1 Disseminations Activities: Summary of all dissemination activities Final report on use and dissemination Figure 1: www.e2rebuild.eu D7.2 Web Portal 2014-06-24 3/14

1 Web Communication/Dissemination The development and maintenance of a project website was a central part of the dissemination activities of the E2ReBuild project. The aim of the E2ReBuild project was to transform the retrofit construction sector. Therefore the project needed to ensure that the many results, findings and lesson learned was spread and made known and available to individuals, groups and sectors in a position to influence and bring about change in order to achieve real and abiding transformation. The objective of the E2ReBuild website was to form a platform for the dissemination and communication for the E2ReBuild project and as such assist in creating awareness, deeper understanding, and support for the project. The target groups for the project web site (and other dissemination activities) were early on in the project defined in the E2ReBuild Communication Strategy: Defined target groups: public and private building owners, End-users, the European construction sector, Small and medium-sized companies in the construction sector, Industry organisations, e.g. industrial federations, workers unions, lobby organisations, etc., European and national authorities, Research community To ensure that the information and downloadable material found on the website www.e2rebuild.eu will be available to stakeholders and other interested parties after the project has ended, the website will be active for at least 5 years. The information of the website has been continuously updated with new and relevant information and all partners of the E2ReBuild project have been involved in providing the website with updated material, information, news and links.
