It seemed as though a lot of employers were there to simply collect resumes; no one was actually looking to schedule interviews or even interested in reviewing resumes there. Oct 18, 2012 11:01 AM 2 More psychology relates people and less business related Oct 15, 2012 7:38 PM 3 Make it easier for students to sign up online Oct 15, 2012 12:05 PM 4 Include more employeers looking for liberal arts major, it seemed as though this job fair was for marketing, accounting, business type of jobs. 5 Don't advertise as beneficial for all majors when most of the employers want only business majors 6 There was not enough diversity. Most of the employers were geared to business students. 7 You can improve the job fair by having more banking and financial industries there at the job fair. And probably more technology jobs too. 8 As an accounting major it was almost a waste to go to both the job fair and the meet the firms night.
