The PACS and RIS are also fully integrated with the Trust s Electronic Patient Record system to enable electronic radiology requesting and instant access for clinicians to radiology reports and images. Local General Practitioners surgeries are also linked to our PACS network. Computers linked to digital projectors are used for the display of radiological images at multidisciplinary team meetings in the radiology seminar room and in all the meeting rooms in the main Education Centre. Some MDTs use video-conferencing facilities to hold unified meetings with other hospitals in the Black Country Cancer Network. 2.
