Project description The main aim of the project is to increase the employability of the young people, after finishing their studies through motivation, interactive presentations and workshops helping to create interest in young people to be active and interested about their future possibilities. The project invites especially secondary school students, young people from the economically disadvantaged environment and also participants, who joined the group of people called NEET (*Not In Education, Employment or Training).

Motivation Non-formal activities providing transparent information about labor market Understanding the causes, consequences and solutions to youth unemployment Self-analysis, development of self-sufficiency, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit Discussions about possibilities (interships, practice, projects,...) Possibilities to gain new skills

Par ticipant s profile Number of participants: 36-6 participants from each country (5+ 1 leader) -each group should include 2 participants from disadvantaged background /with lack of opportunities Age: 16 to 20 years old (leader of the group without limitation and 18+) Country: Slovakia, Czechia, Bulgaria, Romania, Spain or Hungary Current status: preferentially students of a high school before their first job or university, young people not working or studying or doing some intership (NEET group) Preferentially: people who joined the NEET group or students that don t want to join NEET group motivated to meet people from other countries and gain new skills and knowledge

Location Modra is a city and municipality in the Bratislava Region at the foothills of the Malé Karpaty. (Little Carpathian mountains) and is an excellent centre of hiking. Modra is famous for its pottery industry. Population: 8,704 Location: 29 km north east from Bratislava Nearest Airport: Bratislava Airport Public transportation: by direct bus from Bratislava (1-2 buses per hour)
Costs Accommodation, living and other project-related expenses are 100% funded by the EU. Travel expenses are compensated (up to 100%), based on the actual expenses incurred and the distance from your location of residence to the location of the project. These distances are calculated using the distance calculator supported by the European Commission. All participants are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance or/and to have a valid European insurance card.
