QwikTrips is a new on-demand networking company that is yet to be introduced to the market. It was incorporated on March 7, 2017 in the State of Delaware. Currently, QwikTrips is in the development phase and seeking seed capital.
QwikTrips is an on-demand networking portal used to connect businesses and consumers directly to service providers in almost every industry. With QwikTrips, users can access freelance and professional providers who offer mobile services such as rideshare, delivery, moving, towing, car repair, cleaning, non-emergency medical treatment, general and skilled contractors, assistants and more with just a few clicks. Ride-sharing apps face a large addressable market opportunity today roughly in the range of $500B to $800B. And, this market opportunity will grow over the longer term due to secular trends and scalable use cases
Ride-sharing apps such as Uber and Lyft have a large revenue opportunity today and the potential to disrupt several industries involved in human and non-human mobility. Based on a sumof-parts, bottoms-up approach, SharesPost estimates more than $600 billion in revenue opportunity available to ride-sharing apps today. According to SharesPost proprietary survey of 5,000+ Smartphone consumers, more than 60% of survey respondents haven t used ride-sharing apps to date, with lack of number of cars available cited as #1 reason QwikTrips will launch its services in markets where there is a lack of on-demand services available before trying to compete in markets where competition is present. Ride-sharing apps have the potential to expand the addressable market to consumers who wouldn t have spent on taxi or public transportation previously (e.g. old people, young kids, etc.); Ride-sharing apps have the potential to launch in cities, suburban, and rural areas where taxi cabs haven t operated till date;
QwikRide & QwikShare Users can select to hail a ride with one of our screened and approved licensed drivers. QwikMove Users can select to get help moving from our screened and approved freelance movers. QwikCare Users can select from professional and licensed personal care professionals such as cosmetologists, stylists, MUA s, massage therapists, etc. QwikGrub Users can choose to have food delivered from the restaurant of their choice by one of our screened and approved delivery drivers. QwikAssist Users can select from a virtual or physical assistant to assist them with any number of chores, tasks and errands. QwikFix Users can choose from handymen, general and skilled contractors and more for renovations and repairs. QwikTow Users can hail a tow truck, roadside assistance, mobile mechanics, auto detailers, etc. for their auto needs. QwikRx Users can select from state licensed professionals in their area to provide non-emergency medical treatment. QwikShip Users can have their package picked up and shipped. QwikClean Users can choose from screened and approved residential and commercial cleaners
Our primary customer is the person who does not own a car. Other key customers are millennials, professional adults, seniors, teens and disabled persons. Our revenue is generated from in-app advertising and user and provider fees. QwikTrips collects a % of all transactions completed using our platform/application. Expected launch date: Fall 2017
QwikTrips focus will be on markets with target customers that are motivated to use our services over that of competitors because of the convenience and quality associated with our services and the fact that they cannot access the competitors platform in their geographical area. QwikTrips will utilize radio ads, billboards, print ads, word of mouth and social media to increase awareness of our new application.
QwikTrips Inc. was founded by the company s CEO, Shanta L. Hereford. Ms. Hereford comes from a family of entrepreneurs and accredits her grandfather Joe N. Quince and her grandmother Willie E. Quince for her business sense. Although her grandfather had less than a 9 th grade education, he owned and operated a gas station, freight company, used car dealership and a repair garage. And her grandmother owned and operated a beauty salon. From a very young age, Ms. Hereford learned the hard work and sacrifice required to be your own boss. Now in 2017, Ms. Hereford has grown from her many experiences over the years which have all prepared her inevitable success in launching her first corporation, Qwiktrips Inc.
QwikTrips is yet to launch, but the advantages to our service over others is quite simple. We offer more services and will be accessible in markets where there is no competition until there is a consumer demand for us in markets where competition is present. Most competitors are only offering ridesharing and delivery service. Our unique niche is that we have applied the on-demand networking model to almost every service industry.
QwikTrips is actively seeking to raise $950,000 in capital. There are currently no other investors committed to this project, as we have just announced our offering. The funds raised will be used for Operating expenses including cost of sales (credit card fees, mobile/internet access fees, and network maintenance fees), app development, sales and marketing, insurance, and other related costs such as customer service, and operations. It is our hope to raise the funds requested within 60 days and have network application ready to launch by Fall 2017.
