It is IMPERATIVE that you show up at your assigned time and place so that all the adults may enjoy spending time with their troop. If you cannot make your assigned work time, it is your responsibility to find a replacement. Without the volunteers to help at each of the work assignments, this event would not be possible. WHAT IF. - A girl can not go after you register her with your troop OR a girl wants to go after your troop has registered. - You can replace her with another girl from the same troop. - There will be NO refunds. - NOTE: You MUST notify Lesma Whalon by e-mail: lesma.whalon@lsr7.net when you replace a girl or need to amend your roster so we can maintain proper records and to ensure the health and safety of each girl. If a registered adult cannot attend please contact Lesma Whalon. Troops can choose to leave early. Troops choosing an early departure may not be able to participate in all activities. All troops must be out of the building by 5:00am. If a scout leaves early they will check out with Health and Safety as well as the adult monitoring the front doors. Girls WILL NOT be allowed to leave without prior parent consent.

JUNIOR BLAST CHECKLIST: Registration: Ensure all girl and adult registration forms are completed properly. Adult attending event, address and phone number are on the Troop Registration Form. Attach a copy of the emailed confirmation of BOA transfer to JB645 you received from council. Keep a copy of Flyer for future reference. Keep copy of girl and troop registration forms. Additional registration information and helpful hints: All registrations will be turned in at the Bass Pro Shop 18001 BASS PRO DR. INDEPENDENCE, MO. Conservation Room Lower Level Feb. 21 st or Feb. 28 th in person. By having the leader/adult wait while the forms are checked, any missing information can be highlighted, the leader/adult can call the parent to get the needed information, and the troop registration can be processed. We are hoping this will cut down on frustration, while still allowing the registration committee to ensure the safety of each girl and adult attending the event. This will also eliminate any registrations being lost or delayed in the mail. We also realize that there is a potential to have long lines waiting to turn in the registrations. We will have several people available to check the forms. We hope to be able to keep the lines moving and not have anyone wait for an unreasonable amount of time. Again, if all leaders have checked the forms prior to turning them in, the process will go smoother AND quicker. Coming To and During the event: Eat dinner before arriving only snacks are served. Arrive and check in at your assigned time as a troop-no individual drop-offs. No sleeping bags. Stay with your buddy. Determine which adult will attend the mandatory leader meeting. Have a great time!! Any questions contact: Lesma Whalon 816-213-9719 lesma.whalon@lsr7.net
