Workflow Schedule an appointment When a patient is needing teleconsultation from physician/consultant of an outreach facility 1. General Consultation- General requests go to consulting facility and Administrator/Coordinator decides which physician/consultant to assign specific case based on primary diagnosis and availability of consultants 2. Specific Consultation- user can directly search for physician name and its relevant clinical specialty area will be auto selected in form
The Patient Registration tab in the portal allows you to register a new patient or edit a patient who is already registered with the healthcare facility.
The main facility administrator can register a new outreach facility or configure an existing one using this feature of the portal.
Appointment queue displays all appointments to the administrator who is managing the health outreach services. There are different filters available to narrow down the search results as per the defined criteria.
