The inspection consisted of a tour of the premises, examination of records and discussion with the manager. Prior to the visit the service history for the agency was reviewed. The manager had provided a completed pre-inspection questionnaire. Feedback following the inspection was given to the registered manager on the day of the site visit. What the service does well: The offices are well equipped and provide a safe and pleasant environment for staff and visitors.
