Consider Zoning Concepts in order to Trigger Re-Development of areas along the I-55 Corridor - Explore viability of development/re-development of properties located along I-55 corridor to attract hotel/restaurant/convention center or exhibition hall uses - Applied to the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) for funding and/or assistance to complete a regional update of our Comprehensive Land Use Plan - Update to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan will be considered by the Plan Commission and Village Board during FY 2015/16 18
