MUBS Project Profile

BUCUM Under the BUCUM project, the Governance Centre was established at M.U.B.S. - Which currently: Offers scholarship on real-world policy challenges related to university governance. Promotes honest dialogue among a diversity of stakeholders. Generates analysis used for decision-making. Trains the next generation of leaders on university governance. Provides a platform for exchanging of ideas and best practices among diverse stakeholders about university governance.

BUCUM: The centre s Sustainability: The centre design will maintain flexibility through: Continuous evaluation of performance & effectiveness. Financial sustainability through fundraising strategies Recruiting and engaging volunteers. Aligning resources with centre s mission & objectives. Providing clear decision-making process.

IDEAL Centre for Research The centre for research was established by the IDEAL project to provide the university with professional guidance and administrative support for all sponsored research activities.

MATRE Under the MATRE project, the Business Centre was established at M.U.B.S. The purpose behind its establishment is satisfying the need to develop and expand innovative research, teaching support, training, and consulting programs in the fields of Business and Economics that align well with the institutional mission and strategic plan. Types of services provided: Supporting the research culture emphasising the modernisation of curricula Improving the teaching skills of faculty members in the fields of Business & Economics. Providing advanced training for faculty, students, staff, and industry professionals in business and Economics. Signing partnership agreements with business sectors to provide them with tailored consultancy services and /or training.

TIES & MIMI Office of International Affairs (OIA 2006) Bird Tempus Project Within the framework of the TIES project, the OIA structure was developed as well as the know-how and management capacities of the staff Within the framework of the MIMI project, an internationalization management model was developed. This provided appropriate knowledge and means to improve internationalization actions that contribute to the sustainability of the international dimensions at M.U.B.S.

ALTAIR Quality Assurance Office The office was established with the support of the QAHEL Tempus project. Within the framework of the ALTAIR project, the office structure was developed and the know-how and management capacities of its staff were developed.
