TERMS AND CONCEPTS MEMBERSHIP TYPES AND OFFERS Since 2012, there are three levels of support and participation for organizations: 2. seed: peer evaluation 3. seed: external auditing 1. seed: member companies 1. stage / seed: requirements: membership fee or donation in an equal amount - Public appearance on our website as a member at the ECG map for easy search by potential partners and customers and use of the regional networking platforms - Right of usage of all the benefits of the association (ECG counseling, peer groups, auditing) Internal writing of the common good balance, which may not be published or preparation of the entry report with evaluation and publication. - Logo / web banners: "Supporter company of the Economy " - Voting right for the election of a delegate of the pioneers companies for the transnational Assembly of Delegates - Right to nominate one person from the company as a delegate. 2. stage / seed: In addition to the rights and conditions of the 1st stage: - The company creates independently or in a peer group consisting of various public enterprises the common good balance. - Reciprocal examination of the ECG balance in the peer group. The balance sheet will be published with the label "peer evaluation". Advantage of this certification is the high learning experience value with the balance sheet, the networking and exchanges with fellow companies. - The Company is entitled to participate in common press conferences. - A project is planned to present reporting organizations with a link from the ECG map with a description of the organization and a link to the certified balance sheet for potential partners and customers. This service is expected to go online 2016.
3. stage / seed: The company creates (ideally in a peer group) a balance that is externally audited and published. Advantage of this certification is the independent, objective auditing. Till own national organizations are established, we currently offer membership for the following countries: Belgium, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Serbia. REDUCED MEMBERSHIP FEE In time of a financial weakness a reduction can be requested at the membership administration including a short statement of the reason. This is a prerequisite for a positive response. The reduction amounts to 50%. REDUCTIONS FOR NPOS UND THEIR MEMBERS The prescribed membership fee is for non-profit organizations reduced by 20% from a headcount of 2 employees. The fee of the Association / Federation is measured at its full-time employees. The members of the association are not automatically members of the ECG, but have the option to become a member with the same favorable conditions. The reduction for the members of the association is carried out at the request of the NPO and will be approved by the management board. Please inquire at administration@ecogood.org.
TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP Membership is valid for a calendar year. Cancellations are to be sent to the member administration at any time and will be effective January 1st of the following year. We appreciate a short notice, why you wish to end your membership to learn for the future. Your membership can also be cancelled a) if you retain your payment b) with immediate effect if your behavior harms the reputation of the association or is a gross infringement of its values. DATA PROCESSING The processes all data (which is not publicly available) for internal use and treats the data confidentially. Until further notice from the member the association or the regional group near the member informs about events and can send information such as the ECG newsletter.
